The user agrees to make appropriate use of the site content and not to use it for unlawful activities or those contrary to good faith. The owner is not liable for damage arising from misuse of the site or from its temporary unavailability due to technical reasons.

The texts, design, logo, the "Umbral Inmobiliaria" brand and the site’s own images are owned by the controller or used under due authorisation, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
