In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), the following is disclosed:

- Purpose: to respond to enquiries and requests received via the form, email or phone, and to manage the relationship with the data subject within the real estate brokerage and rental services.
- Legal basis: the consent of the data subject (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Retention: data will be kept for as long as the relationship lasts and thereafter for the periods legally required to address possible liabilities.
- Recipients: no data will be shared with third parties except by legal obligation. Data may be processed by technology providers serving the controller (for example, web hosting and form management), acting as data processors.
- Rights: you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by contacting hola@umbralinmobiliaria.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
