No. We handle long-term residential rentals and seasonal ones, as well as purchases. We advise on which option suits your situation.
Can you help me if I don't speak Spanish?
Yes. We work in Spanish, English and Russian and guide the whole process: viewings, negotiation, contract and paperwork.
Do you also work on buying a home?
Yes. Beyond rentals, we support the search and purchase: shortlisting, viewings, negotiation and coordination with legal and tax matters.
